    Responsibilities:

    • Assist skilled tradespeople and laborers in various construction tasks.
    • Carry and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to designated work areas.
    • Assist with site preparation and cleanup, including clearing debris and waste materials.
    • Mix and apply concrete, mortar, or other construction materials according to instructions.
    • Operate and maintain construction equipment, such as wheelbarrows, power tools, and hand tools.
    • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures as needed.
    • Provide support during concrete pouring, formwork installation, and reinforcement positioning.
    • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
    • Report any safety hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
